We will answer your call and dispatch an Engineer to your site within 2 hours . In addition, we conduct Preventive Maintenance annually. Should you decide to terminate the Agreement, a pro-rata refund of the Annual Maintenance Fee shall become due to you. Our technical team also render service such as on-line telephone support to help solve any problems immediately. The response time to your on-site service call is between 4 to 24 working hours. When your system crashes, we will respond to your needs and bring back the system to normal working condition with minimum downtime .
